Terms of sale
The short version: you pay the price you see, delivery is free, and you have 14 days to change your mind.
1. Who we are
Silly Snoot is a trading name of TODO_FILL: your full name, TODO_FILL: business address. Email: snoot@lycolearn.co.uk. These terms apply to every order placed on this website.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include free delivery to UK addresses. There are no extra charges at checkout or on delivery. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before sending anything and you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Your order
When your payment goes through, Stripe emails you a receipt and we have a contract. If we can't supply something you've ordered (for example, it has sold out), we'll tell you and refund it in full.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders arrive in 7–12 working days; see delivery for details and the Christmas cut-off. Your order is your responsibility once it's delivered. If it's lost or damaged on the way, we'll replace or refund it.
5. Cancelling and returning
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Full details: returns & refunds.
6. Faulty items
Your items must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Pet safety
Our costumes are for supervised wear only and are not toys. Check the fit before use, never leave a pet alone in a costume, and take it off if they seem distressed, too warm, or start chewing it.
8. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email snoot@lycolearn.co.uk. We reply within 1 working day and aim to sort things out within 14 days. If we can't agree, Citizens Advice offers free, impartial consumer advice.
9. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
