Free delivery to UK addresses, in 7–12 working days. No surprises at the door.

Christmas cut-off: order by Sunday 29 November for delivery before Christmas.

How long it takes

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner and arrive in 7–12 working days (Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays). That's slower than next-day delivery, and we'd rather tell you now than have you refreshing a tracking page on Christmas Eve.

Every product page shows the delivery dates for an order placed today: 7–12 working days.

Where we deliver

UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands. Delivery is free on every order.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Couriers sometimes text or call on the day, which is why we ask for a phone number at checkout.

Ordered more than one thing?

Items usually travel together. Occasionally they ship separately, in which case you'll get a tracking link for each parcel.

If it hasn't arrived

If your parcel hasn't turned up after 12 working days, email snoot@lycolearn.co.uk with your order number. We'll chase it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

Customs and extra charges

There's nothing extra to pay on delivery for orders under £135.
