When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 7–12 working days. Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today. To have it before Christmas, order by Sunday 29 November.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet's back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail) and chest (the widest part, just behind the front legs), then check the size chart on the product page. If they're between sizes, go up one. Still unsure? Email snoot@lycolearn.co.uk with the measurements and we'll pick for you.
What if it doesn't fit?
You can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of getting it back.
Will my dog actually wear it?
Every dog is different. Try it on for a minute or two with treats, a few times before the big photo. The Little Elf costume is lighter than the Santa Paws Suit, so it suits dogs who aren't keen on dressing up. Never leave a pet alone in a costume.
Where do you ship from?
Your order is made and sent by our fulfilment partner overseas, which is why delivery takes 7–12 working days rather than next day. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
No. Delivery to UK addresses is free and there are no customs charges to pay on orders under £135.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email snoot@lycolearn.co.uk the same day and we'll do our best before it ships. After that, you can still cancel by returning it within 14 days of receiving it.
Do you have anything for cats?
Our costumes are designed for dogs. Cat people get the Fire-Breathing Boxer Cat Jumper, because the cat would never agree to wear anything.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout is run by Stripe, so we never see your card details. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
