Wrong size, wrong vibe, or the cat staged a protest? You have 14 days.

Changed your mind

• You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
• Please send items back in the condition you received them. If something has been worn beyond trying it on (or chewed), we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

How to return something

1. Email snoot@lycolearn.co.uk with your order number and what you're sending back. A short line is enough: "I'd like to cancel my order [number] and return the Santa Paws Suit."
2. Post it to the returns address below. Keep your proof of postage; we recommend a tracked service.
3. We refund you within 14 days of the parcel arriving with us, and email you when it's done.

Faulty or wrong item

Email snoot@lycolearn.co.uk a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, with no need to send anything back. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Want a different size instead?

The quickest route is to place a new order in the right size and return the first one for a refund, as it takes the same time either way.
